Cutting in Corners

HELP! I had paper installed and the hanger cut the paper in the corners. I mean STRAIGHT DOWN THE CORNER! And now its dried and has separated and there are obvious lines of the underlying paint which are now visible? Is this appropriate?

To answer your question NO this is d definitely not appropriate. Your options are to have the installer come back and fix it or call a different one . It should not be a very hard job but somewhat tedious and time consuming. If you have any more questions,do not hesitate to reply here as I am sure they can be answered shortly.
