this pattern"Les Caprices Orientaux", Was originally hung by someone else 15 years ago. Customer says the paperhanger (a professional hanger who did really beautiful work, but has passed away) says it was the most difficult paper he ever dealt with. Can't hardly beleive we were able to get the same pattern after this long but we did!! I just have 4 single rolls to install on a new wall in this kitchen...just wondering if anyone can give me any suggestions. I'm expecting it to curl out, I've only dealt with this problem once, and I switched to a clay adhesive and got aaroound the problem.. I say foil like because it silver, I don't think it is foil. I've been a hanger for 20 years, but have never hung a foil but have always heard it is a nightmare. Thanks guys, considering joining Guild and start doing the seminar route...heard it is a wnderful time..very informative and fun!! Just stay sooo busy

Dry hang it: Pre cut your sheets. Roll them up individually, bottom to top, backing-side out. Paste the wall with clay. Let it tack up, 5 minutes, say. Re-roll the wall, but don't dip the roller in the clay for the second coat - you just want to "wake up" the paste that's already there. Carefully position the top edge of your sheet to the wall, level the first foot as you unfurl the sheet, and then unroll the rest and sweep it to the floor. There is no moving this stuff around once it hits the wall. The edges will occasionally overlap, and that's the way it is, so be confident in your method, and don't let neurotic customers rattle you about it. Use clay for the overlaps, not vov. Wrap your smoother in a cloth towel so that it doesn't scratch the mylar. Wipe off any rinse water with a dry towel. Microfiber towels make great wash rags for this stuff becasue they leave minimal water residue. Good luck.
