A GC who has a national restaurant chain as a customer is in need of a crew to hang about 500 yards during the overnight starting this Monday. The scope is as follows: His crew will remove wall fixtures and provide access to the work areas. You will pull down the existing commercial vinyl, and then install new vinyl over the existing paste. No washing, no priming. Their is one pattern over the chair rail and another underneath. His crew will reinstall fixtures, etc. The job runs from 9pm to 5 am. Pay is upon completion. The rate is fixed. It's not killer, but it's decent for the amount of work involved, and their will be a check handed to you as you're packing up. There is no finish deadline, but it needs to be started on Monday, June 5. Call me for details if you're interested. He would prefer to use a Guild crew.
