On July 13 -16, there will be five (5) 'shotgun'* houses ready for paperin New Orleans, LA. Deep South Regional Director Cyndi Green, CP, has arranged for this event and will chime in here as details become available. Housing/living conditions will be 'camp-like,' but organized.
Also: on the night of the 13th, the Preservation Resource Center will host a seminar on wallcoverings.
Look to hook up on rides, and take a look at Amtrak, which comes into NO over Lake Ponchartrain ([i]The Southern Crescent[i], an extremely relaxing ride.
*- Shotgun houses are so named because a shot could be fired from the front door and continue down a central hallway on out the back door without hitting anything. This allowed for air movement, important in a hot climate.
