Hi,

This is a response for Marc Swanson reporting a problem with our red liner:

Dear Marc,

It is a surprise to me, that you are blaming the liner, when you called
and told me that one of the walls you installed the red liner, was plaster and failed. Two other walls (dry wall) where ok. I told you that my common sense tells me that you are dealing with a bad wall. We sent to you as a courtesy a new 6 roll bolt with no charge, so you can finish the wall in question. It looks that you did not appreciate my gesture, also did not prep right the second time around, all though you were aware that the wall is bed.
And now you are reporting a product failure?

Ed,

Truly, you are one of the best associates we have. I read the PRS report, and by my reply you can see that I also believe the wall and the preparation was TOTALLY at fault, and the failure was of the wall, the surface, and the preparation and could not POSSIBLY be the fault of the liner.

To send a member free product when there was no chance the problem was from your liner was truly a generous gesture.

From the rest of us who appreciate you and your products, thank you for being a staunch supporter of the NGPP.

You and Greta are the best !!!
