Hi,
I have an requirement for a large quantity of wallcovering but the price needs to be reasonable. I think a paper backed vinyl would fit the budget. But it needs to be a contract range ( width 51-52" ). Any recommendations for a good brand of paper backed vinyls?

Most of the commercial vinyl's on the market today are either fabric or fiber backed...sounds like you are looking an inexpensive vinyl..the paper backed that you are looking at usually come in 20to21 inches.there is a company that I have used in the past that sells a less expensive line of commercial vinyls..haven't contacted them in awhile though..USA Vinyl..might try them on line and see if the have a web site another is Duron paints...they do not carry wallpaper anymore but they do have a commercial vinyl division...they are now a sub-cid of sherwin-williams but still act as independent..Good luck..Jim

Most mfr's have a line of budget priced vinyl - usually pretty basic looking stuff. Patton, Olney and US Vinyl all come to mind for really cheap material. Less than $5/yard, which should be comparable to paper backed, and much faster to hang.
