What latex white wallpaper primer is hi-hide (close to a paint primer hide) and gives tack like R-35 ?
Or should I ask, is there one like this ?

I used to look for tack or "tooth" from primers (for example: Swing, and flat-drying white primers) but later found it not needed unless the paste was a powder. I suppose there are exceptions tho, for certain applications. :2cents:
