Hello,
My name is Michelle Reney and I am an Interior Designer/Decorator in New Hampshire. Recently a client has requested my assistance to find out where he can purchase the wallcovering found in the Library scene of the recent movie 'Becoming Jane'. How can I find out more information?

According to the 'Becoming Jane' website the Set Decorators of the film are Johnny Byrne and Jenny Oman. Unfortunately, there are no email addresses listed or any contact information for these individuals. The film company is Miramax.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Most sincerely,
Michelle Reney

Not sure how to get them but you might try checking the credits at the end of the movie. They may list the manufacturer of the wall covering and you can get the info from them.

I did a search for the two designers at the ASID website to no avail. http://www.asid.org/ It appears that they are not members. Your best bet may be to contact Miramax where someone may be willing to point you in the right direction.

K.L., or Interior Bliss, if you've a DVD player on your computer would you be able to freeze frame the library scene and then Print Screen the image??

Here a clip from the movie trailer - obviously of poor quality but enough to identify. Happy hunting.

The name escapes me, but there is a screen printer that does work like that. Try Googling screen print + Arts & Crafts + wallpaper. Burrows was close, but there's others that I can't think of at the moment. Also try Old House Journal's site.
Nice work getting that image up, Barry.

I'm not sure if it's useful for you, but I found a site that allows you to search a wide variety of historically accurate wallpaper - the proprietor has been helpful to me - I own an historic home in VA and am renovating it. The site is www.thehistoricinterior.com. Hope this helps - good luck!

Thanks for putting up that link. It has a lot of interesting sites for paper makers that I've never heard of. I'm always sending these links to my designers, in the hope that I can hang something exotic.
