This is a quick tutorial on how to embed a YouTube video within your post.

Find the video on YouTube you wish to post. Note the URL of the video. It can be found in your browsers address bar, and in the video information box to the right of the video. It will look like this:

http: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVuYXTJBlZs

Now, using your mouse, highlight just the video's code at the end on the URL, not the whole URL. The part you highlight is shown below in pink:

http: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVuYXTJBlZs

Right click the highlighted code, and select copy. Using can also use your keyboard to copy it; Windows use CTRL + C, Mac use Command + C

Start new new thread or post, and in the reply box, you will see a YouTube icon. It will look like this:

http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h10/prowallguy/ngpp/youtubeicon.gif

Click on the icon, and the YouTube code will appear in the reply box. It will look like this:

[ YOUTUBE]

Place your mouse cursor in between the middle ][, and paste the code in. Windows use CTRL + V, Mac use Command + V. It should look like this:

[ YOUTUBE]IVuYXTJBlZs

Then hit the button that says "Submit Reply", or "Submit New Thread" and your done.
