In the spirit of 'carrying on' I thought we could benefit from a general survey due to changes in the world and a coming New Year.

Multiple votes are allowed (you can pick more than one answer), and the poll is private (your name is not displayed if you vote).

just a thought:

NGPP find an installer or member data base?

Great poll, Paul. You're now on the 'volunteer' committee to collate the mumbers from this year, and to make up '09's.

I had a nice powder room job that came from that last Friday. It was a designer who found me there, who knows.................?

But I wanted to poll how the Guild has helped you on a person-to-person level, rather than what's been set up and out there (though that's really great).

Eventually, if you keep your mouth open too long you have to volunteer for something

How about another category, "I was able to take on large scale work, knowing I was able to use guild members to supplement my workforce"

Maybe the poll questions should pass a poll first, then be entered into a poll

PERFECT, Paul.

I've never seen a poll that I like, and you just spelled out the futility of them.
But perhaps a well slanted survey would prove your point about polls
