We are a reseller for wallpaper. Recently our clients complained that the wallcovering was installed upside down.
Its a floral design and when we turned it around did realise that the design was fitted diffent from the ones shown into the sample book.
I explained that the design is unidirectional and can be installed both ways since its not odd design.
Please comment and inform me if there is a write up on this issue on the net.
