How to glue wallpaper to wood

I'm trying to glue wallpaper to wood (the side of a piano). Right now, the wood is unfinished. Any suggestions for what kind of glue to use and how I can keep the wallpaper from rippling?

A couple of things here. Since you are dealing with a piece of furniture, you might go the most protective route, and prime first with an enamel undercoater or alkyd sealer. Second choice would be an acrylic sealer like 1-2-3. Use 1-2-3 or another wallpaper acrylic after the oil.
The choice of paste is determined by the paper. What do you have?
