You could call me the 'handy man' as I do it all and love it; hence Renaissance Man.
A customer wants me to do a paper hanging job for them. It's been a while but I have done it for myself in the past with 'great' results. My challenge is pricing.
I am confident I can do the job. I don't skimp and don't accept/consider a job complete unless I would accept it in my home.
The customer is going to supply the paper; I know. It is going to be the Lowes/ Home Depot variety. I will not be responsible for product deficiencies.
Customer is going to attempt to remove existing vinyl :-) So I may need to include this in the job if they are overwhelmed.
It is a combo job:
Bathroom 5 rolls total. 2 doors, vanity, med cabinet, toilet, tub/shower surround(paper above).
Kitchen/hall 8 rolls total: 2 doors, above/below upper cabinets, header openings, window over sink
Living room/stairs 8 rolls total: Entry door w/ arched window above w/ 13' cieling, paper in 3 stairwells(hard to explain) 7' bay wndodand a header opening.
I am in the Southern Dutches county area of NY and need to come up with a fair price. I don't want to gouge but I don't want to give it away either.
Any thoughts?
